AWS Managed Services · Los Angeles, CA
AWS setup, security, monitoring, backups, and cost optimization for small and mid-sized businesses, with no long-term contract and full ownership of your account.
Quick answer
AWS managed services means an IT partner sets up, secures, monitors, and maintains your Amazon Web Services environment, including EC2 servers, S3 storage, RDS databases, networking, IAM, backups, and costs, so your business gets the benefits of AWS without needing an in-house cloud team.
Los Angeles IT provides AWS managed services for small and mid-sized businesses in Los Angeles from our Century City headquarters. AWS projects are $95 per hour, and ongoing monitoring and management are included in our managed IT plans starting at $300/month. You keep ownership of your AWS account.

How It Works
Whether you're new to AWS or already running there, we start by understanding what you have.
STEP 01
We review your account, services, security settings, and last few bills, or plan a new environment from your requirements.
STEP 02
We lock down the root account, set up IAM roles and MFA, enable CloudTrail, and close risky security group rules.
STEP 03
We right-size instances, clean up unused resources, set storage lifecycle rules, and add billing alerts.
STEP 04
We monitor, patch, back up, and handle changes, with documentation you can always access.
Pricing
AWS bills you directly for the resources you use. Our management is separate: setup, migrations, and one-time projects are $95 per hour, quoted up front. Ongoing monitoring, patching, and support are included in our managed IT services, starting at $300 per month.
There's no long-term contract, and you keep full ownership of your AWS account and data. Many clients find that cost optimization offsets part of what they pay for management.
AWS Managed Services
Tell us what you run on AWS today, or what you want to build. We'll review it and send a plan and a quote. No contracts.
Shared Responsibility
AWS secures the physical data centers, hardware, and core infrastructure. Everything you put on top of it (operating systems, patches, IAM permissions, security groups, encryption settings, and data) is your responsibility.
That's where most AWS security problems come from: open S3 buckets, old access keys, and servers that haven't been patched. We take on that customer-side responsibility so your environment is secured the way AWS expects.
Already on AWS?
If your AWS bill has crept up or the original developer has moved on, we can take over. We document what's running, identify idle or oversized resources, move infrequently used data to cheaper storage tiers, and recommend Savings Plans or reserved capacity where it makes sense.
We also set billing alerts so unexpected spend is caught in days, not at the end of the month.
Choosing a Cloud
AWS is a strong fit for web applications, websites, custom software, and storage-heavy workloads. If your business runs on Microsoft tools and Windows servers, Azure may integrate more smoothly with Microsoft 365. Some workloads still make more sense on a managed server in your office.
We support all three and will recommend the option that fits your applications, budget, and team, without pushing a platform.
