Google Workspace Support · Los Angeles, CA
Google Workspace migrations, Gmail and Drive support, Shared Drives, and security settings, managed by a Los Angeles team that also supports your devices and network.
Quick answer
Google Workspace managed services means an IT partner sets up, secures, and supports your company's Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and admin console. That includes migrations, user management, sharing and security settings, and help for staff when something stops working.

How It Works
We copy everything ahead of time and switch over at a planned moment, so no email is lost.
STEP 01
We inventory mailboxes, shared files, aliases, and DNS, and choose between Google's native migration tools and a third-party tool.
STEP 02
We verify your domain, create users and groups, apply security settings, and organize Shared Drives.
STEP 03
Mail, calendars, contacts, and files are copied in the background, then MX records are switched and a final sync runs.
STEP 04
We keep the old system available for a buffer period, verify nothing was missed, then shut it down and support your team.
Pricing
Google Workspace licenses are billed per user per month by Google. Our services are separate: migrations, setup, and one-time projects are $95 per hour, quoted up front with no contract.
Ongoing Workspace administration, user changes, security reviews, and help desk support for your staff are included in our managed IT services, starting at $300 per month.

Migration Details
Email is usually the easy part. Shared files take more planning: folders shared between people need a home in Shared Drives, ownership has to move from individuals to the company, and links in documents should keep working. We map this out before anything moves.
We choose the right tool for the job (Google's built-in Data Migration service, Google Workspace Migrate, or a third-party tool for larger or more complex moves) and handle the DNS changes, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so Gmail is activated cleanly.
Switching Platforms
Both are strong choices. Google Workspace is simple, browser-first, and great for real-time collaboration. Microsoft 365 fits teams that live in desktop Word and Excel, need deeper device management, or use software that expects Outlook.
We support both and migrate in either direction, so our recommendation is based on how your team actually works. If you're unsure, we'll walk through the trade-offs with you.
Security
We enforce 2-Step Verification, restrict external sharing, enable Gmail's advanced phishing and malware protections, and set up admin alerts for suspicious sign-ins. Context-aware access and endpoint management can limit which devices reach company data.
These settings support HIPAA and other compliance requirements when paired with Google's Business Associate Agreement. If an account is ever compromised, our hacked email response team can lock it down quickly.

Yes. We migrate email, calendars, contacts, and files from Microsoft 365, Exchange, GoDaddy, or IMAP email into Google Workspace, and the reverse if you're moving to Microsoft 365.
No. Mail is copied ahead of time, MX records are switched at a planned time, and a final sync picks up anything that arrived during the cutover.
We map who shares what, create Shared Drives owned by the company, migrate the files, and set permissions so the right people keep access.
It depends on the source and size. Google's Data Migration service works for many small moves, while Google Workspace Migrate or a third-party tool handles larger or more complex migrations.
It depends on the number of users and how much mail and data you have. We give you a schedule up front, and most of the copying happens in the background while you keep working.
Yes. We can transfer mail, contacts, and Drive files from personal Gmail into the user's business Workspace account.
Google keeps the service running, and Vault helps with retention, but neither is a full backup. A third-party backup protects against accidental deletion, ransomware, and departing employees.
Google Workspace can support HIPAA compliance when it's configured correctly and Google's Business Associate Agreement is accepted. We set up the access, sharing, and auditing controls to support it.
Google Workspace suits browser-first teams that collaborate in real time. Microsoft 365 suits teams that rely on desktop Office apps or need deeper device management. We support both and can help you decide.
