Network Infrastructure · Los Angeles, CA
Firewalls, switches, business Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet failover designed and installed as one system for Los Angeles offices, with diagrams and labels handed over and the same team supporting it after.
Quick answer
Network infrastructure design and implementation is planning and installing the hardware and configuration that connect your business: firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet. Good design means the right equipment in the right places, secure segmentation, room to grow, and documentation so anyone can support it.
Los Angeles IT designs and installs business networks across Los Angeles from our Century City headquarters, from single-suite offices to multi-site companies. Projects are quoted after a free walkthrough; support is $95 per hour, and our managed IT plans start at $300/month including one firewall and one server.
What We Build
One team designs, installs, and supports every layer of your network, so there's no finger-pointing between the cabling contractor, the ISP, and the IT company.
A walkthrough and audit of your current network, then a documented design: topology, IP plan, VLANs, Wi-Fi coverage, and a parts list with a fixed quote.
Network design →/ 02New office networks installed end to end: firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet, configured, tested, and labeled before move-in.
Installation →/ 03Business firewalls with secure VPN, content filtering, and intrusion prevention, plus segmented VLANs so guests, phones, and cameras stay off your staff network.
Managed security →/ 04Managed switches sized for today and growth, with PoE for access points, phones, and cameras, and VLANs that keep traffic organized and secure.
Switching →/ 05Access points placed by coverage plan, not guesswork, with separate staff and guest networks and roaming that works across the whole office.
UniFi & Wi-Fi →/ 06Cat6 and Cat6A data drops, patch panels, racks, and clean cable management, tested and labeled so the network is easy to support later.
Ethernet cabling →/ 07ISP selection and coordination, dual-WAN failover so a carrier outage doesn't stop work, and site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN for multiple offices.
Connectivity →/ 08Networks built for voice: QoS, voice VLANs, and PoE for phones, integrated with your VoIP system and Microsoft Teams.
VoIP phones →/ 09Planning and executing IT for office moves, buildouts, and new locations, from cabling and ISP orders to cutover weekend.
Office moves →Layer by Layer
Most network problems we're called for (slow Wi-Fi, dropped calls, outages, security gaps) trace back to one of these layers being skipped or undersized.
| Layer | What we design | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Internet | Primary + backup ISP, dual-WAN failover | One carrier outage doesn't stop the office |
| Firewall | Business firewall, VPN, filtering, IPS | Blocks threats and secures remote access |
| Switching | Managed PoE switches, VLANs, QoS | Separates traffic and keeps calls clear |
| Wi-Fi | Coverage-planned APs, staff + guest SSIDs | Fast, reliable wireless in every room |
| Cabling | Cat6/Cat6A drops, patch panels, racks | Stable connections and easy troubleshooting |
| Documentation | Diagrams, IP plan, labels, credentials | Faster fixes and easier audits |
How We Work
The same process whether it's one office upgrade or a new multi-site rollout.
STEP 01
We visit your space, review existing equipment, cabling, and ISP circuits, and talk through how your team works and where you're growing.
STEP 02
You get a network design with equipment, Wi-Fi placement, cabling, and a fixed quote, reusing existing gear wherever it makes sense.
STEP 03
We install and configure everything, and schedule the cutover after hours or on a weekend to keep downtime to a minimum.
STEP 04
You receive diagrams, an IP plan, and labeled equipment, and we monitor and support the network hourly or under a managed plan.
Pricing
Every network is different, so installation projects are quoted after a free walkthrough. The quote breaks out equipment (firewall, switches, access points), cabling, and labor, so you can see where the money goes and which existing gear we can reuse.
Changes, troubleshooting, and smaller upgrades are $95 per hour with no contract. Ongoing monitoring, firmware updates, and support are included in our managed IT services, starting at $300 per month with one firewall and one server included.

Tell us about your office, team size, and what's not working. We'll schedule a walkthrough and send a design with a fixed quote. No contracts.
Security by Design
Security is cheapest when it's designed in. We separate staff, guest, voice, camera, and IoT devices onto their own VLANs, lock down firewall rules, require MFA on VPN and admin access, and keep firmware current, so one compromised device can't reach everything else.
For healthcare, legal, financial, and retail businesses, we build networks that support HIPAA and PCI DSS requirements, with logging and documentation you can hand to an auditor or cyber insurer. See our IT compliance services and managed security.
Upgrades
Many Los Angeles offices are running on a consumer router, unmanaged switches, and Wi-Fi added one access point at a time. That works until it doesn't: video calls freeze, phones drop, the internet goes down with no backup, or nobody remembers the admin password.
An IT infrastructure upgrade doesn't have to mean replacing everything. We start with what you have, keep compatible Cisco, Ubiquiti, and other business-grade equipment, and replace only what's holding you back.
Multi-Site & Remote
When a business has more than one location, the network has to tie them together securely. We connect offices with site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN, centralize management so every site is configured the same way, and give remote employees secure access to the files and systems they need.
We support multi-location businesses, including dental groups with offices across Southern California, with the same standards and documentation at every site.

FAQ
Network infrastructure design is planning how your business connects: internet circuits, firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, VLANs, and IP addressing. The result is a documented plan and parts list that's installed, tested, and supported.
It depends on office size, Wi-Fi coverage, cabling, and equipment. We quote installation projects after a free walkthrough with equipment, cabling, and labor broken out. Ongoing support is $95 per hour, or included in managed IT plans starting at $300 per month.
Often, yes. We assess your current Cisco, Ubiquiti, or other business-grade equipment and keep anything that's supported and adequate, replacing only end-of-life or undersized gear.
VLANs split one physical network into separate virtual networks, such as staff, guests, phones, and cameras. That improves security, because a guest or compromised camera can't reach staff computers, and helps voice quality with prioritization.
We pre-configure equipment, schedule cutovers after hours or on weekends, and test everything before your team returns. For office moves, the new network is ready before move-in day.
Yes. We plan access point placement for coverage and capacity, set up separate staff and guest networks, and install business-grade systems such as Ubiquiti UniFi with central management.
Yes. We set up a second internet connection from a different carrier with automatic failover on the firewall, so a single ISP outage doesn't take your office offline.
Yes. We connect sites with site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN, standardize equipment and configurations, and manage every location centrally.
Yes. We plan cabling, order and coordinate internet service, install the network, move servers and equipment, and handle cutover so your team can work on day one.
Network diagrams, an IP address plan, a list of equipment with serial numbers and warranty dates, labeled cables and ports, and admin credentials stored securely and handed over to you.
Yes. We monitor and support the networks we build, hourly at $95 per hour or as part of a managed IT plan, including firmware updates and configuration backups.
